This INTRODUCTORY KIT is a great way to begin using Essential Oils. LAVENDER, LEMON, and PEPPERMINT Essential Oils have a WIDE variety of uses. In this Class, we are going to dive into the many ways you can use these amazing gifts.

First, let’s talk about the three popular ways to use Essential Oils. LAVENDER, LEMON, and PEPPERMINT Essential Oils can be used:

AROMATICALLY: The use of Essential Oils through the air continues to be one of the most popular ways to enjoy the benefits of Essential Oils because it is easy and effective. Diffusing an Essential Oil through the air and breathing it in boosts the mood and supports the entire body naturally at the same time.

TOPICALLY: Essential Oils can be applied topically to the skin or targeted areas of the body. Topical application of an Essential Oil allows for a localized effect to the area of application, and also provides whole body support. Popular areas of topical application are either specifically on an affected area, on the bottoms of feet, or on pulse points. Essential Oils can be topically applied to skin neat (undiluted) or diluted with the use of a carrier oil. Fractionated Coconut Oil is a popular carrier oil because of its antimicrobial qualities. Always dilute Essential Oils when applying them topically to children, or if you have sensitive skin.

INTERNALLY: The internal use of Essential Oils is the most controversial way to support our bodies. However, ongoing research has found that internal use is a safe and profoundly effective application method. Internal use involves consuming an Essential Oil in water, in a veggie capsule, or under the tongue. The Essential Oil is quickly absorbed through the digestive tract or sublingual circulation.

Using Essential Oils in all three ways has a positive effect on the body, spirit, and mind.
